EXPERIENCED MARKETING SUPPORT FOR SMALL BUSINESSES
Make music, not noise
Smart, experienced marketing for small businesses — without the cost of building an in-house team or retaining a large agency.
A smarter way to work
These days, thanks to AI, most small businesses don’t need a huge agency or a full marketing department. They need someone experienced enough to see what matters, join the different parts together, and make sure time and money are being spent in the right places.
Grace Note works as an extension of your team: understanding the business, setting the direction and creating a practical marketing plan that everyone can work from. From there, the support flexes around you.
What are you trying to achieve, who are you trying to reach, and what is actually worth doing?
Messaging, stories, launches, media relations and reputation.
The ideas, words, images and films that give people a reason to notice you.
Social and search advertising designed around real objectives rather than activity for activity’s sake.
Building audiences, keeping customers engaged and making better use of the people who already know you.
Influencers & partnerships
Finding the right people and opportunities to extend your reach.
There isn’t one fixed way to work with Grace Note. Support can be hourly, project-based or ongoing — from taking responsibility for the whole marketing function to giving your team clearer direction, helping with a specific campaign, or simply advising on what to prioritise.
The aim is to keep things lean, costs sensible and returns high: less wasted activity, better decisions and marketing that fits the business you actually have.

04 / WHY GRACE NOTE

Grace Note combines new tools with nearly two decades of hands-on marketing experience to produce work that is faster and more efficient without losing the thinking behind it.

06 / WHY “GRACE NOTE”?
A grace note adds colour, character and expression to a melody without changing the tune at its heart. Done well, it adds something distinctive. Done badly, it is just noise.
The same is true of marketing. Too often, businesses are handed the same tired campaigns, channels and tactics that might have worked somewhere else, with little thought for whether they are right for this audience, this business or this moment.
Grace Note listens to your story and understands what makes it yours, then delicately and intelligently transform it into something amazing, while making sure it is still unmistakably your song.
